Enterprise Architect allows you to insert any files (documents, spreadsheets, exe files, etc.) into its repository. These files take the form of elements that can be linked to diagrams and manipulated like any other elements. And it allows files from these elements to be run or saved to disk.
The user can delete such an element in the portal or save the file behind it to disk. He cannot create or update them at the moment - this functionality is still under development. However, the user can change the element's metadata (name, description, etc.).
